What is the Commission fees while buying a condo ? Also, how many percent we can get the loan from the bank?

Hi Aniket,

As a buyer you are not supposed to pay any Comm fees to the agent representing you.

Secondly if you are a PR/SC you will get funding upto 80% of the Property Value.

If you are a foreigner, then the funding would be upto 70%.
