Afternoon ABSD,

You will be subject to 5% ABSD but you can apply for ABSD relief and claimed from IRAS as this is considered your first property.

Overall ABSD = 0

Afternoon,

If this property have being purchased by husband and wife, as their first property, you can submit remission for ABSD. But if it's purchased as two different entity, then 5% ABSD applies.
