What is land-title? Land-title strictly refer 2 only Landed pty. Landed pty can b categorise under 99LH, 999LH & FH. What is Strata-Title? Strata-Title can b categorise into Cluster Hse, Condo, Pte apt & HDB. What is the difference? D difference is Land-Title is of more powerful instrument where if En-Bloc occurs it require full 100% consent from landlord wherea 4 Strata-Title pty owner, u do not hv a choice, 4 10yrs development & above, 80% consent will go En-Bloc, 4 development below 10yrs, 90% consent will go En-Bloc whether u like it or not. Believe it or not, u still hv 2 accept it, in my own opinon, d beautiful truth is here 2 stay. V can't simply say let close rank & move on, u hv 2 bite the bullet & accept this truth.
