there is no such thing as stamp duty condo. You will need to pay stamp duty if you intend to buy or rent condo.
Stamp duty rates for purchasing a property has been revised as of yesterday and you can find out the rates at https://www.iras.gov.sg/taxes/stamp-duty/for-property/buying-or-acquiring-property/buyer's-stamp-duty-(bsd). It is on tiered basis now.
On or after 15 Feb 2023
Purchase price or market value of the property BSD rates for residential properties BSD rates for non-residential properties
First $180,000 1% 1%
Next $180,000 2% 2%
Next $640,000 3% 3%
Next $500,000 4% 4%
Next $1,500,000 5% 5%
Remaining amount 6%
