what if the tenant refuses to allow the landlord’s buyers to view his bedroom when owner wanna sell the apartment?
Rental contract not over yet.

Hi Hong Ye, it would very much depending on what was written and being signed on the TA itself.

My company tenancy agreement has a clause that permits access to view the premises whenever the Landlord wants to sell.
