Good morning,

In this case the child will no longer be eligible to hold onto the BTO unit as part of hdb criteria , and have to give up the unit.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,

Hi,

If the said property is a residential property, then the child will have to give up the BTO flat upon the transfer of ownership of the private residential property.

If it's a non-residential property, the child will still be able to proceed to collect keys to the BTO flat.

I am experienced and well-versed in both private and HDB resale transactions. Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
