*Exception rent out HDB flat/room*
Hi, I am a home owner, I have a 2 room HDB flat. My MOP is completed next year (June 2027).
My girlfriend (foreigner, epass holder, we are not married) wants to move in with me. When she tried updating her address at MOM it said she can’t register here because I have to list her as an occupier. I tried that but it is not possible because we are not married.
We thought another way would be that I rent out a room to her but since it’s only a 2room cannot.
Any chances to ask for exception at HDB? Or what are our options?
