Hi Agents, I have less than two years left on my MOP, but I’ll be relocating overseas for work in the same role and with the same company, moving to HQ.
I understand that I can write to HDB to seek approval to rent out the entire unit. However, if that request is not approved, would it be possible to leave the unit vacant, have the MOP period suspended while I’m overseas, and then resume and complete the remaining MOP when I return to Singapore?
Would appreciate any advice from those who may have been in a similar situation. Thanks!
