Hi agents, I have just send for valuation for a 5 room house, i am worried for COV. How do HDB panel valuers handle resale cases where the agreed purchase price is higher than online AI or algorithm-driven valuation estimates? usually are there any leeway or a percentage where the HDB valuer matches the purchase price?
