### 1. Opting for a Short Lease (15 to 45 Years) $\rightarrow$ Apply as a Senior
If you choose a short-lease 2-room Flexi flat (in 5-year increments, provided the chosen tenure covers you until at least age 95):
* **Eligibility Path:** You apply under the **Senior framework** (not the general Single Scheme).
* **Quota Allocation:** At least **40%** of the 2-room Flexi flat supply in BTO exercises is reserved specifically for seniors.
