Hi,

In this case, the seller has the right to sue the buyer for specific compensation. However not every seller will take that step as it involve legal fee and time. I have a same case lately where I’m serving the seller and the buyer don’t want to complete the whole transaction and back out due to personal reason. So my seller chose to move on by only just forfeiting the $5000 (deposit) and asked me to just focus by finding the next buyer asap.
