Criteria to be eligible for purchase of BTO by Singles:
1. Monthly income not exceeding $5,000
2. Be at least 35 years old
3. Can only buy two-room flats (Come in two sizes - 375 soft and 485sqft / Built in less developed towns like Sengkang)
National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan, said he hoped to offer new flats as early as July.
The supply has been revised from 23,000 to 25,000 units.
