What are the risks of purchasing a property from owners with debts or undischarged bankrupt? What to look out for/special precautions to take if one proceed to offer? Or should give up even if the property is ideal? Worry about potentially being hounded by.... Appreciate some advice. Tks

Hi, normally such units comes with a good deal. Personally I find that if you are staying alone, then it is still ok. But if there are woman and kids around, probably you may want to give it up. Because during times of harassment by these debtors, just by contacting the police is never a one time thing.
