As a Single, I regret to inform that you are not eligible to purchase such a unit. You have to be at least 35 years old.

However, if you get married even before you turn 35, you will be able to purchase such a unit.

Hi,

With that CPF OA amount and income, and also enough cash for downpayment, you should be fine to purchase a 4-room HDB unit under the Foreign Family Scheme. Do note that your parents have to dispose any overseas property(s) that they own.
