Downpayment will depends on how much loan you are able to obtain.
Let's say you are eligible for up to 75% bank loan.
Downpayment will be as such:
min 5% cash
20% cash/ cpf
Other costs:
3 to 4% buyer's stamp duty
5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR
$3k legal fee
valuation fee etc.
You are eligible to purchase resale EC, private condo (resale or new) or landed on Sentosa.
