We lived in Singapore ( got married here) from 1995 to 2003 and came back - after 5 years in BKK in 2008.
We now apply for PR.
I would like to purchase a semi D or townhouse. I Understand that I need to apply for a special approval for buying a house.
What are the specific conditions / chances to get this approval and how long can it take.

Hi Michael,

The application process will take about 2 weeks.

Currently I have an urgent client who wants to let go her semi-D at a bargain price. 5 mins walk away from Tanah Merah MRT.
