Hi,

For new EC purchase from developer, unfortunately no as occupier you need to meet the 5 year MOP regulation as well before you can purchase.

However if you purchased EC from open market, its possible to purchase another on your name.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
