We intend to upgrade from 4 to 5 room. I would like to know if we can purchase 5 room or must we buy DBSS, as my husband is earning both sal + com and i'm drawing a fixed salary. Our
next purchase will be using Bank Loan.

Afternoon Goh,

To purchase DBSS, your combined income must not be more than $10k. For resale unit, there's no income restriction. As your spouse's salary is based on basic and commission, it would be good to get a banker to assist on your IPA prior mmoving further.
