We both work in Singapore (SG) on local contracts with good income. We would like to get a loan with/from bank here in SG to purchase a house in USA. Reimbursing monthly mortgage in SG will then be easier for us and will avoid the risk of currency exchange. DO you believe this is possible?

Thank you for the positive answer ! Are you aware of any restrictions or constraints? Do you know of a Bank in particular that propose to loan in such case?
Dear buyer, It is possible and has been done before. It is not about knowing which bank does this but more of whether the project available for sale in US is supported by the panel of banks here in Simgapore. Just like the recent project we have launched for Royal Wharf in London, local banks do disburse loans for this project. Point to note will be you will be subjected to TDSR for local loans.
