We both are Singapore PR and would like to buy a house in singapore. We are wondering that don't know what kind of house we are entitle to buy, like DBSS or HDB or etc. Can property guru to advice me? also on the process to follow up or else.Thank you.

Morning Grace,

Both you and your husband/ fiance are only allowed to purchase resale HDB/ DBSS/ EC or private properties like condo if landed (need approval from Singapore Land Authority's Land Dealing Unit.

I suggest that you talk to a banker and find out on your loan eligibility. Once we know your loan quantum, and understand your cash on hand, we will have a better picture on which will best suit you.
