We are sc couple,we want to get the dual key EC units,my parents have shifted house to Malaysia and do not own any Singapore property.Can we purchase a dual key EC unit?

Morning, If I do not remember wrongly, dual key EC are meant for extended family scheme where parents and grandchild will stay with their grandparents.
