We are new Singapore PR and thinking to purchase a HDB flat for our family of 3. Due to lack have cash, we are wondering can we still purchase a HBD flat or not? We have a combine income of $4,500 per month and $20,000 in our CPF's ordinary account.

Hi,
as PR, you can only get loan from Bank. Get a mobile banker to access your loan, now in market is only 80% I believe.
With 20k CPF is kinda tight. Now in market est 3 rooms cost around $230k. You have to prepare 5% (cash) + 15% (Cash or CPF) + 3% (cash or CPF) for stamp and legal fee + 1% (Cash)agent fee. Not to say COV.
