We are married sc.We sold our 5 room flat and used our cpf grant for our resale flat.We are thinking of buying an EC.Since we are 2nd timers, are we eligible for the vvip preview booking? we are interested with the 2 or 3 bedroom unit.

Hi,

Yes, you are still eligible for VVIP Preview for new EC.
Furthermore, there is no resale levy for buying a new EC.
