We are married SC,thinking of getting a new EC dual key unit in future,I understand that its for the multi generation family.What if my parents do not own any property in Singapore but overseas,can we let them stay as occupiers?what are our chances of getting dual key unit?

I have a few new EC that are not affected by the new ruling which has Dual Key units..Please contact me if you would be keen to know more..Thanks
