We are married SC and SPR with ownership of a foreign property.
What is the ABSD payable if buying resale EC?

Hi,

Will this resale EC be your first residential property in Singapore? If so, chances are you will be eligible for ABSD remission, (ie no ABSD, only usual 3% buyer stamp duties apply). Which resale EC are you keen on?May I work with you further on your housing requirements? My legal partners and I are familiar with such cases. Thanks and hope to speak soon.

Evening,

Additional buyer stamp duty is payable if the property purchases is your second or more properties in holding or when the buyers are not legally married couples. If this purchase is your first matrimonial unit in SG, ABSD is not payable. You will only be constrain on the mortgage aspect.
