We are looking to buy for our own stay (Couple)near the east or d19 area. We are alright with less than 6yrs old project, 2 bedroom less than 1000sqft. So long is walking distance to Mrt/circleline is fine. We are alright to close the deal if it is below $750k. New projects are way asking too high. Pls email me as we are often oversea.
