Assuming you can get 70% loan, your downpayment and stamp duties will amount to approx $565k in cash.

- 25% downpayment
- stamp duties (3% stamp duty and 30% additional buyer's stamp duty as foreigner)
- valuation fee
- legal fee
- mortgage stamp duty
You will require minimum $520,000 cash outlay.

Where are you from or what passports are you holding? Some nationalities or passport holder maybe exempted from paying Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty. Otherwise, the estimated cash outlay will be around $520,000 if you are able to secure the maximum loan of 75%.
