We are exploring to buy a 3 bed room freehold condo within 1km of CHIJ ST Nick.
Please advise the development that has the best attributes for future capital appreciation within 1 km of CHIJ St Nick. Our budget is 1.4 mil.

You may want to consider Meadows @ Peirce which is about 5 years old or Adana @ Thomson which is going to be completed very soon. Both are within 1 km from SNGS. For your budget, Adana @ Thomson will be able to fit into your budget comfortably and their 3BR layout is good with all bedrooms able to fit in queen bed.

If you have the time , you should visit all of the above condos for viewings .

My personal choice would be CALROSE or thomson grove because it is nearest to MRT , amenities and market .
