We are currently waiting for result of bto, while holding an OTP to be expired in 1 weeks time. If we exercised the option first, will my bto applicaion be automatically canceled? Or if I am still given queue number, can I back out the resale flat purchase? We are willing to pay compensation to seller if we will need to stop the purchase.
