For a 2500sqf landed property in Opera Estate, I suppose it should be a corner terrace that you are referring to?

Without knowing about the price range of the 2 properties in comparison, I am afraid that I cannot give you any advise on which is a better option.

As a landed properties salesperson primarily in the easter sectors of Singapore, I believe I can give you better insights into your intended purchase. Do furnish me with more information about these 2 units. Who knows I may have a better unit on hand to recommend you?
