Hi! Yes there will be resale levy payable if you have previously bought a flat from the HDB or taken a CPF Housing Grant when you next buy a upcoming EC from the HDB. http://www.hdb.gov.sg/fi10/fi10322p.nsf/w/SellFlatResalelevy?OpenDocument But if you purchase balance EC from past launches, there won't be resale levy. Hi, you will only need to pay resale levy fo ECs whose land was sold from Dec 2014 onwards. Thus, all past EC launches and upcoming launches in 2014 are not affected.
