Good morning,

You are only eligible to purchase a resale HDB with your non resident mom if you are a Singaporean and as long above 21 years old.

If you have turn 35 years old and converted to a Singaporean, you can buy alone.

Hi,

1) Only under the situation where 2 SPR immediate family who fulfills the 3 yrs SPR status is eligible to purchase a resale HDB flat.
2) The other alternative is 1 SC + 1 LTVP immediate family to buy under the Non-Citizen Family Scheme. The SC can be under 35 yrs old, but will not be eligible for any grants.
3) If buying an HDB flat is a better option for your situation, I would recommend you to apply for SC in order to be eligible for the purchase.
4) Alternative would be to marry to an SC or SPR who fulfills 3 yrs SPR status. :-))
