The marketing price of 3NG / 3A unit differ based on their location, level, condition and facing. It can be around $320k to $450k.

    Location is the highest priority, preferrably in Bishan, Ang Mo Kio & Toa Payoh. Above 5th floor & preferrably no blockage. Corner unit would be good but not a must. Condition not an issue as the intention is to do a full renovation. Is it possible to get it under $400k?

Hi Carol

I have a 3NG unit at 412 Bedok North Ave 2. It is on the top floor and unblock view. Valuation is 355k and cov is only 15k. It is about 7 mins walk to Bedok mrt as well as bus interchange. Cheers!

    Thanks for the offer. Bedok seems a bit too far for my preference, although its proximity to the MRT is tempting.
