Once you have bought the resale HDB, you need to fulfil the MOP of 5 years before you can book any new unit direct from HDB (or what we term BTO).

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Afternoon,

If you have purchased a resale unit after selling your condo, you will be required to fulfill 5 years MOP before you are eligible to opt for BTO unit. This would mean that you have also fulfilled the debarment of 30 months. However, this is provided that at the time of application, your income status does not exceed the income cap provided.

This is provided that you have not previously used up your "2 chances" to apply for a "subsidized flat".
