Currently shortlisting hdb resale flats and stuck between 3 units. I've always lived in the OCR areas like Woodlands and Yishun, so moving closer to central SG would be quite a change for me.
The first unit is near an MRT and priced pretty reasonably. The second one is around the Toa Payoh/Caldecott area, but costs about 20% more. Both are roughly the same age and have good amenities nearby. There's a third option too, but honestly, my mind keeps going back to the second unit even though it's more expensive.
I'm working, so the cheaper unit seems like more practical and with in my budget. But the second one just feels more like the home I want
