Hi,
1) The HDB only stated the property owned must not be zoned under residential.
2) Therefore, it really depends on how the HDB define and not up to us to guess.
3) It is those retail/office/factory that we are sure that it does not affect your HFE application.
4) Those that falls outside would really depends on the HDB discretion.
