Few days ago, I have a buyer asking me this same question on Clover By The Park 1216 sq. ft., not sure if it is you.
I'm the Resident Agent at Clover By The Park, and let me enlighten you. The smallest 3-BRs there is the 1216 sq. ft., this is solely 3-BR type without the utility room. It comes in standing shower.
I do have buyer during launched 2 yrs ago requested the developer to install the bathtub in the master bathroom. This can be done before the building construction during launched and at a cost.
Now, as the building are completed, you may install the bathtub at your own cost through your own contractor with the approval of the management after TOP, if happen you bought a unit there.
So far, I know of one unit at Stack 11 who the owner has asked the developer to install a bathtub. This owner wants to sell but wants to take a look at his unit upon TOP then sell. If your offer is right, I can talk to the owner to let go before its TOP.
