Two weeks ago I asked comparing Meyerise D15 and one Balmoral D10 , most of the answers received from our professional property agents were in favor of One Balmoral as a more prestigious address and better investment. Now if we compare one Balmoral D10 ( please read prop gurus negative review regarding this project , also take into account rgs is moving in 2018 , future site might be more condos or mall?) vs Visioncrest D9 at Oxley rise near Dhoby Ghaut.
