Hi Mr Chua,

If you do not have outstanding bank loan on property, you are able to borrow up to 80% for the 900K condo.

For the remaining 20%, 5% must be from cash, and 15% can be from cash or CPF. The 3%-5400 stamp duty can be from either cash or CPF. In a nutshell, you will need

cash = 45K;
CPF = 135K + 21.6K(stamp duty) = 156.6K

The cash component would be 20% and stamp duty of (3% -5400) in case you are not subjected to the ABSD.
