For 2nd property purchase, you will take note of both your loan eligibility because if your first house is still under a mortgage loan, for the 2nd house you will only be able to take a 45% loan. As for the stamp duties, there is a normal buyer stamp duty as well as Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD). There is no levy.
