Firstly, we need to work out how much can we fetch for your unit, how much CPF you can get back and how much is your cash profit.
Secondly, we will then work with bankers to work on your IPA. This will allow us to know how much loan you can get and if you comfortable with the monthly installment figures.
Thirdly, we need to work out on which sector of Pasir Ris that you are looking at, based on your preference and your available budget.
Lastly, upon knowing all this, we can decide whether to sell and purchase concurrently or sell first and buy later.
