I maybe wrong in having this opinion. Just wonder what is the ratio of homeowners in Singapore against homebuyers in Singapore. The correction in prices have made many existing homeowners unhappy as HDB was probably the 1 and only appreciating asset that homeowners may have, but now looking at this appreciating asset losing their value. As we approach 2016, I am keen to find out what will happen to the real estate prices. Should you be looking to purchase a unit for own stay and can afford to wait, maybe you can hold out for sometime before making a move, that said, I am not indicating prices will continue to fall.
