May I know if this is a HDB resale or condo resale? Is the 3 months extension put into request before or after entering the sales agreement? If you have not even come into an agreement, then this 3 months extension can be part of the sale conditions expected of the seller in the case of a resale private property. For resale HDB, it is the same, however, seller will be required to have already purchased another completed property at the point of resale application to qualify for the extension, and this has to also be agreeable with the buyer before entering into the sales agreement.
