The latest property cooling measures states that the "Sales of new dual-key EC units will be restricted to multi-generational families only". If a married couple intended to purchase a dual key EC unit and their parents will be living together with them. Are they eligible to purchase a dual-key EC unit?

Hi Roland,

For new ECs that are affected by the latest measures, a married couple can purchase a dual-key unit but their parents will need to be named as the essential occupiers.

Currently, here are a few EC projects with dual-key units that are not affected by the new ruling.

I'm sure I will be able to clarify your doubts. Do feel free to give me a call anytime at 91443311  .
