The government has imposed an Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD) recently , Permanent Residents "owning one and buying second and subsequent properties "will pay 3 per cent ABSD.

how about if we are the 1st time buyer?

are we affected for the addtional ?

As a first timer, you are buying your first property in Singapore, you are not affected by this ABSD.
