I do roughly understand your question. However CPF grant can only be used to offset the valuation price of the house not the COV portion. The CPF grant is in fact credited to your CPF account just before the date of endorsement and will be deducted during he time of endorsement. (1st appointment) and forms part of the allowable CPF usage. You could not use CPF funds to pay for anything that is above the valuation. With HDB resale market on a high after the circuit breaker period, I understand this is a serious concern amongst all HDB buyers.
