Supposedly, if I bought a new EC direct from developer, I understand that the buyer's stamp duty = 3% of the purchased price -$5,400. I understand that I have to pay in cash but I also read somewhere I can redeem it from CPF 6 weeks later. How does that work ? I can't seem to find much on buyer's stamp duty from CPF website.
