Hi I am looking for a 3room resale flat with UTILITY ROOM in the north area for less than 300k but I do have cash on hand about 60k and 40k in my CPF account. Is is possible to buy such flat with minimal cash on hand involvement?
I am a first time buyer and I am not sure how much cash I must have to buy a resale flat of 3 rooms. Is it possible to get at least 80% of a bank loan. I do not have any other credit loan for now. So how much cash should i be prepared for a 3 room flat that costs less than 300K? Perhaps u can give me an estimation including agent fees and all. Thanks.
