Spent a load of time searching for my HDB resale but to no avail. Hopefully experienced agents here can help. My criteria as follows (1) Main door facing must be north east or south west. (2) Mid floor to high floor preferred but no level 7. (3) 4 room. (5) Preferred estate tampines,bedok reservior,pasir ris,sengkang,.(6) Budget not more than $500K.(7) Renovated Direct buyers. Agents who got such listing on hand may contact me.
