You will not be eligible to buy a resale HDB flat unless you are a single Singapore citizen.

"Single citizens who are 35 years old can buy a resale HDB flat for himself/herself under the Single Singapore Citizen Scheme. There is no restriction on the flat type."

However, you can consider getting a 1-bedroom unit in a newly launched condo project at about the price of a resale 4-room HDB flat. If you do not mind, I may be able to give you more advice on this. Kindly feel free to drop me an email or give me a call anytime.
